Emmanuel Kessler

Head of Prevention & Outreach at EC3, Cybercrime Centre, EUROPOL

Emmanuel Kessler has joined Europol in 2020, as the head of the team in charge of Prevention&Outreach in EC3, the cybercrime centre of Europol. His team covers a large scope of activities as outreach, public private partnership, prevention & awareness, cooperation with external and EU partners. Previously, in 2017, he became the head of staff in the national cybercrime unit in France (OCLCTIC). He was in charge of international cooperation and EU matters, operational coordination. He started to work on cybercrime in 2011, being in charge of cyber cooperation in the Department of international cooperation (DCIS) of the French Ministry of Interior, after 10 years dedicated to bilateral cooperation on security matters.
